Dear
Reader,
When
I was 19 I started lifting weights. I bought copies of Muscle and
fitness and tried to eat and lift like the professionals. As you
can see in my before photo I made some gains but in the end I ended
up frustrated and exhausted because, unlike the professionals in
the mags, I had no way of following their diet nor did I have drugs
flowing through me which allowed my skinny muscles to recuperate
from the ridiculously high volume of sets I was doing. I stopped
lifting for about 4 years and finally went to my brother when I
found myself at 5'10" and 210 lbs, flabby and depressed. In
8 months I was at about 190 and ripped. For the first time in my
life I had women hitting on me all the time and my confidence could
not have been higher. I even noticed a positive swing at my job.
Over the years I have had highs and lows but each time I find myself
slipping I got back to the fundamentals Sean taught me and in no
time I am back on top of my game. And just so you know, I am not
a fitness nut. I still eat fast food and go out partying. But the
majority of my days I am eating right and hitting the gym regularly.
To say my life changed due to the dramatic changes my body went
through following Sean’s advice would be a terrible understatement.
In every measurable way my life improved and I have passed on this
training advice to others who have also seen similar benefits.
Sincerely,
James
