DIETING:
Meal 1: Spinach, mushroom, sun dried tomato egg white and one omega egg omelet. ½ cup of berries or 1 Ezequiel English muffin
Meal 2-4: ½ c brown rice, 4 oz chicken breast, 1 cup of raw celery and carrots
Meal 5: 1 large salad with 4 oz of protein
Post workout meal: as listed under supplementation
When I cheat I crave croutons and rice cakes.
